Day 4 - Lectio Divina

Lectio Divina means "sacred reading" and has four stages:
lectio
meditatio
oratio
and contemplatio

In the lectio (reading) stage, you find a passage and read it deliberately. The next stage, meditatio (meditation), is where you ponder the text. In the oratio (affective prayer) stage, you talk to God about the reading, asking Him to reveal the truth. In the final, contemplatio (contemplation) stage, you simply rest your mind in God's presence.
